Welcome to the Positive Intelligence® Mental Fitness Program
Thank you for enrolling. I’m glad you’re here and I look forward to supporting you in the Program.
Next Steps
You will receive an email invitation to the PQ® Program platform within the next 24-48 hours.
In the meantime, please take a few minutes to complete the Saboteur Assessment. This will help you see the mental patterns that may be affecting your performance, well-being, and relationships.
Once you receive your results, take time to go through them. You can click on each Saboteur to learn more about its characteristics. As you read, stay curious. No judgment, just awareness.

Here’s What to Expect
Onboarding Session: April 6, 2026 (Monday) 6 pm PH
Module 1 will be released on April 10, 2026 (Friday)
Weekly Training Modules
• A new module will be released every Friday (approximately 1 hour).
• You can watch the module anytime between Friday and Sunday.
Weekly Group Sessions
• We will meet weekly for 1.5 hours on Mondays, 6 pm PH time.
• All sessions will be held on Zoom at https://zoom.us/j/92067856138
Daily Mental Fitness Practice
Inside the PQ® App, you will complete:
• Daily Focus
• Recharge sessions
• PQ® reps
This takes about 15 minutes per day and helps build the positive mental habits we will be training together.
Program Duration
The Positive Intelligence Program runs for 7 weeks.
