Findings: The study emphasizes the evolving landscape of leadership development and coaching to meet the demands of innovation and productivity. It advocates a shift from traditional command and control management to holistic coaching, focusing on strengths, collaboration, and individual problem-solving. Holistic coaching is seen as an investment in organizational culture and worker capacity, offering growth opportunities for both managers and employees. A model integrating strengths-based leadership, Emotional Intelligence, courageous conversations, and Appreciative Inquiry is proposed to enhance organizational performance and sustainability. This approach is supported by evidence from neurological and interpersonal chemistry research, making it a valuable means to achieve organizational goals.

Findings: The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about significant challenges in talent management, including hiring freezes, layoffs, salary freezes, canceled bonuses, pay reductions, changes in work dynamics (like teleworking), and a notable increase in employee stress and burnout. The study underscores the realization that many organizations do not have effective performance management systems in place. Instead, they rely on performance appraisal systems that focus on annual evaluations without regular feedback and coaching. This lack of continuous performance evaluation is why many organizations are reconsidering their performance evaluation processes. The authors argue that evidence-based performance management can serve various purposes, including administrative, strategic, developmental, organizational maintenance, and documentation. Such a system can be instrumental in addressing the current talent management challenges. The study highlights the importance of implementing state-of-the-science performance management systems, which involve ongoing feedback and coaching, to address these challenges.

Findings: Corporate Culture: Entrepreneurs can establish a corporate culture based on teambuilding, participation, dynamism, creativity, a friendly atmosphere, trust in human potential, and a focus on long-term growth and resource acquisition.

Psychological Support in Coaching and Mentoring: It's crucial for entrepreneurs to receive support when faced with tensions, problems, and pervasive stress at work. Personal accompaniment, in the form of coaching-type support, can help overcome the emotional effects. Despite some criticisms of coaching as a form of social control, coaching and mentoring are vital in seeking new support modes for entrepreneurs. Several studies have highlighted the benefits of "welfare coaching" to better understand organizational stress affecting managers and employees. Entrepreneur mentorship aims to improve various psychological aspects, such as the development of self-image, comfort, security, feelings of self-efficacy, and perseverance during challenging times.
