Research and experience show that cultivating a clear and free mind positively impacts every area of our lives. It strengthens our relationships, enhances our health and well-being, and boosts our confidence and productivity. A clear mind also promotes resilience and helps us navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.


And yet, many of us overlook the value of a clear mind. We allow our minds to stay crowded with distractions, overthinking, stress, and worries. We tell ourselves we’re too busy to pause, too burdened to relax.


In doing so, we miss out on the incredible benefits of a clear mind. We miss out on the deeper and more fulfilling connections we could have with others. We miss out on the joy we could experience in the present moment. We miss out on a life where we are inspired, creative, and purposeful.


I’m here to help you change that.

Who Am I?



I’m Clarissa Doonan and I’m a Personal and Business Coach. I work with clients worldwide from my home in Scotland, where I live with my husband and daughter.


Before starting my coaching practice, I’ve been running a health and wellness business since 2011. My work includes mentoring, coaching, training, leading a team, and speaking at both big events and smaller gatherings.

I actively develop my knowledge and skills through continuing professional development in coaching, ensuring I stay current and provide the best support to my clients.


I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (cum laude) from the University of the Philippines Diliman and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, where I ranked 4th nationwide in the June 2009 Philippine Nursing Licensure Exam.






















Some Fun Facts About Me


  • I have more than 100 houseplants, and some of them are taller than me. Six of them are over 6 feet tall. It’s a jungle in here.
  • I really enjoy hiking. Part of our honeymoon was a 22-day trip to Everest Basecamp, where we didn't have any showers. I have to admit, though, that I cried on the way to Renjo La pass.
  • I love heights. I splurged my first savings as an entrepreneur on climbing the Harbour Bridge and skydiving in Sydney. It gave me a headache for a whole week, but it was totally worth it.
  • I dance like nobody's watching. I got it from my Dad, and I passed it on to my daughter. Turn on the dance music and nothing else matters.
  • Since 2017, I’ve been volunteering as a Scout Leader, surrounded by noisy yet adorable kids.
  • My favorite me-time: a cozy corner, a stack of books, and an endless cup of tea.













































Why Clear Mind?



Why did I choose to center my business and personal mission around cultivating a clear mind?


First, let’s clear up a misconception: a clear and quiet mind doesn’t mean eliminating negative thoughts and emotions—they’re part of being human. But a clear mind means you’re no longer controlled by them. They no longer bother you, and they come and go gracefully. You gain the power to choose how you respond, creating positive outcomes for yourself and others.


It also gives you the chance to experience the simple yet profound feeling of having nothing on your mind, fully soaking in the present—the only place where true enjoyment happens. With a clear mind, you can respond to each moment with wisdom, unburdened by past conditioning or fears.


My passion for this work comes from my own experience. I was struggling with mental health, marriage, motherhood and career. I tried countless stress management techniques and motivational strategies, but they were only temporary fixes. It was like putting a bucket under a leaky roof! It wasn’t until I addressed the root cause—my busy, insecure thinking—that I started to see lasting change. Daily practices like seeing thought for what it is, clearing my mind, finding joy in the present, and embracing gratitude became my foundation for resilience and personal fulfillment.


Now, I’m convinced more than ever that prioritising a clear mind is essential for everyone. A clear mind allows effective communication, trust and enjoyable relationships. It boosts happiness by making you feel secure and helping you stay present, creating space for positive emotions. A clear mind also sharpens focus, decision-making, problem-solving and creativity, driving productivity and achieving meaningful goals.
