8 Weeks of Guided Support Through the PQ® Program (Months 1 & 2)
You won’t be doing this alone. I’ll be with you every step of the way on your PQ® journey — from getting you started in our first meeting to guiding you through each weekly focus, answering your questions, and helping you get the most out of the experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
The PQ® (Positive Intelligence®) Program is a science-backed, app-guided mental fitness training developed by Stanford lecturer Shirzad Chamine. It helps you recognize and intercept your negative thought patterns (Saboteurs) and strengthen the positive region of your brain (your Sage) so you can respond to life’s challenges with clarity, calm, and confidence.
Weeks 1–8 (Foundation & Coaching):
Total: 3–4 hours per week
15 minutes a day of app-guided mental fitness practice
1 hour per week to watch the weekly module (pre-recorded, flexible — watch any time, including weekends)
30–60 minutes per week in your small pod meeting (ideally on Monday or Tuesday for accountability and connection)
15-30 minutes (for 1:1) or 60–90 minutes (if you're in a group) of live weekly support with Clarissa for Q&A and deeper integration
Weeks 9–12 (Integration & Momentum):
Total: 2-3 hours per week
15 minutes a day of app-guided mental fitness practice
30–60 minutes per week in your small pod meeting (ideally on Monday or Tuesday for accountability and connection)
2 deep-dive 1:1 coaching sessions (60-90 minutes) to reinforce habits, celebrate growth, and build your plan moving forward
I work clients from different countries. The program can be done in English or in Filipino language.
We meet online via Zoom.
The weekly schedule is flexible and will be arranged to suit your group. Sessions can take place anytime Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 5 PM UK time. Clarissa will coordinate with your group to find the best time.
All group coaching sessions are recorded and available to watch at your convenience. You won’t miss a thing and can revisit the sessions anytime during the program.
You’ll receive personal support from Clarissa during weekly meetings, where she’ll help you apply what you're learning, stay on track, and gain deeper insights throughout your journey. Clarissa actively monitors your progress in the PQ Program and stays in touch outside of sessions to ensure you’re getting the most out of your experience. You can also reach out to her via email or WhatsApp for additional guidance.

You can pay by bank transfer or directly through the website. I will send you the payment information once we have agreed on the program details for your group.
If the coaching program is terminated before all scheduled sessions are completed, unused sessions may be eligible for a partial refund, less a 10% administrative fee to cover time and preparation.
