    This is your setup session, where we’ll set clear intentions, get familiar with key tools, and prepare your mind and schedule for lasting transformation.

  • Weekly Modules (Weeks 1-7)
    Access a new video each week introducing a key strategy for building mental strength, resilience, and emotional mastery. Watch at your own pace.

  • Live Weekly Support with Clarissa
    Attend live Zoom sessions with Clarissa for real-time support, Q&A, and personal breakthroughs. Sessions can be done 1:1 or in a small group.

  • Daily Practice
    Spend about 15 minutes a day on app-guided mental fitness exercises to help you weaken your Saboteurs and strengthen your Sage.

  • Progress Tracking Tools
    Track your growth in the app with tools like your PQ Score, Saboteur Assessment, and Sage Muscle Level.

  • Pod Support
    Join a small accountability group for weekly check-ins and shared insights, available when you enroll with two or more participants.

Each week, you’ll receive live Q&A and support via Zoom, where we’ll:

  • Apply what you’re learning to your real-life challenges

Q: What exactly is the PQ® Program?

The PQ® (Positive Intelligence®) Program is a science-backed, app-guided mental fitness training developed by Stanford lecturer Shirzad Chamine. It helps you recognize and intercept your negative thought patterns (Saboteurs) and strengthen the positive region of your brain (your Sage) so you can respond to life’s challenges with clarity, calm, and confidence.

Q: What’s the time commitment?

Week 0 (Onboarding):

Total: 1.5 hours

  • 1 hour Zoom session where you'll get a clear overview of the program, set your goals, and ask questions before we begin

  • 17 minutes welcome video on the PQ App

Weeks 1–7 (Foundation):

Total: 3–4 hours per week

  • 15 minutes a day of app-guided mental fitness practice

  • 1 hour per week to watch the weekly module (pre-recorded, flexible — watch any time, including weekends)

  • 30–60 minutes per week in your small pod meeting (ideally on Monday or Tuesday for accountability and connection)

  • 60–90 minutes of live weekly support with Clarissa for Q&A and deeper integration

Q: What countries do you serve?

I work clients from different countries. The program can be done in English or in Filipino language.

Q: Where do you conduct your sessions?

We meet online via Zoom.

Q: When are the group sessions?

Sessions are available Monday to Saturday starting at 10:00 AM UK time (from 5:00 or 6:00 PM Philippine time, depending on daylight saving time).
Schedules can also be arranged to accommodate afternoon sessions in the Philippines when needed.

Q: What if I can’t attend the live group sessions?

All group sessions are recorded and available to watch at your convenience. You won’t miss a thing and can revisit the sessions anytime during the program.

Q: Do I get personal support, or is this self-paced?

You’ll receive personal support from Clarissa during weekly meetings, where she’ll help you apply what you're learning, stay on track, and gain deeper insights throughout your journey. Clarissa actively monitors your progress in the PQ Program and stays in touch outside of sessions to ensure you’re getting the most out of your experience. You can also reach out to her via email or WhatsApp for additional guidance.

Q: What if I want coaching on a 1:1 basis?

If you’d like more personal support, I also offer a Private 1:1 Mental Fitness Program and 1:1 coaching. You can find more information on the 1:1 Coaching page.

Q: How do I pay?

You can pay directly through the website. I will send you the payment information once we have agreed on the program details for your group.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
