Why I Started Realizations With Clarissa
Life isn’t always easy. Many of us face challenges that can feel overwhelming—struggles with mental health, maintaining healthy relationships, balancing the demands of parenting, and trying to stay productive amidst it all. I’ve been through these struggles myself. At one point, my mental health, marriage, and role as a mother were suffering. These challenges took a toll on my productivity, leaving me feeling like I was falling short in every aspect of life.
But I also knew I wasn’t alone in feeling this way. So, I embarked on a journey of personal development. I sought answers through courses, books, audiobooks, podcasts, coaching, counselling, mindfulness practices, and spiritual growth. Gradually, these efforts began to bear fruit. My mental health improved, my relationships flourished, and my productivity got back on track. Most importantly, I learned how to have a quiet mind—a skill that became the foundation for lasting peace and focus.
That’s when I had a realization: If these tools and practices could transform my life, why not share them with others on a larger scale? Why not create a space where more people can learn, grow, and thrive? This vision became the foundation of Realizations With Clarissa.
