Refund Policy


1. Digital Programs

Clardoon Coaching x Rise Daily Academy provides digital educational products including:

  • Online training modules

  • Digital course materials

  • Downloadable resources

Due to the digital nature of these products and immediate access to proprietary content, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing any digital program from Clardoon Coaching x Rise Daily Academy, you acknowledge that:

  • the product is delivered digitally

  • access is granted immediately upon purchase

  • all digital program purchases are final and non-refundable

  • results depend on your own effort and participation

2. Live Coaching Programs

A. Mental Fitness Program

The Client may request a full refund for any reason by submitting a written request before the Week 3 module is released (Friday). Refund requests submitted after the Week 3 module has been released will not be eligible for a refund.

B. 1:1 Coaching (Single Session or Package)

First-Session Satisfaction Guarantee

If this is the Client’s first-ever 1:1 coaching session with the Coach and the Client does not find the session useful in any way, the Client must notify the Coach before the end of that session and request a refund at that time.

If a refund is requested during the first session:

  • The session fee will be fully refunded.

  • Any remaining sessions in the coaching package will be cancelled.

  • The coaching agreement will be terminated in full.

Refund requests made after the session has concluded will not be eligible under this guarantee.

Refunds Upon Early Termination of a Coaching Package

If a coaching package is formally terminated by the Client or Coach before all scheduled sessions have been completed, the following terms apply:

  • Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.

  • Refunds apply only to sessions that remain unused at the time the Coach receives written notice of termination.

  • Unused sessions must fall within the original agreed-upon timeframe of the coaching package (for example, sessions to be completed within three (3) or six (6) months from the program start date).

  • No refunds will be issued for unused sessions that fall outside the agreed program duration.

3. Technical Support

If you experience technical issues accessing course materials, please contact support and we will assist you.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team may result in:

  • removal from the program

  • account termination

  • restriction from future purchases

5. Refund Processing


Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method used for purchase.
